Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Products
To ensure product quality and safety, the following consumable products cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery:
- All coffee bean products.
- Ground coffee products.
- Beverages.
- Food and consumable items.
Exceptions apply only if the product arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, or was delivered incorrectly.
Eligible Cases for Return or Exchange
Customers may request a return or exchange in the following cases:
- The product arrived damaged during shipping.
- The product contains a manufacturing defect.
- An incorrect item was delivered.
- Non-consumable coffee tools and equipment may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
Return Eligibility Requirements
- The return request must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order in cases of damage or incorrect items.
- Clear photos showing the issue must be provided.
- The product must be returned in its original condition with all accessories and original packaging.
- The product must not have been used or damaged after delivery.
Return Process Through Shipping Carriers
Once the return request is approved by our customer support team, the customer will receive the necessary instructions to complete the return through the shipping carrier used for the original shipment.
Return Steps

- Provide your order number and photos of the product if there is an issue.
- Once approved, return instructions or a return shipping label will be provided.
- The customer may drop off the shipment at the nearest branch of the shipping carrier or request a pickup service if available.
Refund Process
After the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved:
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Refund processing may take between 7 and 14 business days, depending on the payment provider and bank.
- Store credit may be offered instead of a monetary refund upon the customer's request.
Shipping Fees
The Store Will Cover Shipping Costs In The Following Cases:
- The product arrives damaged.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- An incorrect item was delivered.
The Customer Will Cover Shipping Costs In The Following Cases:
- Returns requested for personal reasons.
- Change of mind after purchase.
- The customer no longer wants the product despite it matching the product description.
Right to Reject Returns
Travalorics Coffee reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request in the following cases:
- Failure to comply with the terms of this policy.
- The product has been used or damaged due to misuse.
- The original packaging or essential accessories are missing.
- The return request is submitted after the allowed return period.
